Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. There is no fee if you miss your appointment but missing your appointment without prior information will not be rescheduled. All fees are non-refundable on this website. You must be 18 years or older to book this appointment. If this appointment is for special needs, disability or accessibility requirement, we must be notified at the time of booking.
